Items included in the sale:
Numbers are handed out on the FIRST morning of each sale. The first 30 people will be allowed in at 9:00 a.m. As a shopper leaves, the next number can enter. Staff will be at the door to coordinate entry. We just ask that you please be patient, respect our staff and your fellow shoppers! Thank you to all my amazing shoppers!
Shoppers get to the sale very early, and in some cases, the night before. A member of the team will be there at 8:00 a.m. to hand out the numbers. At this time, you must be physically in line at the door. At 9:00 a.m. when the sale begins, we’ll call out numbers and let the shoppers in the house in numerical order.
Sales are Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All items are full price on Friday. On Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., all items are 50% off. On Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., items are 75% off.
Note: For this sale only, all artwork will be discounted on Saturday as follows:
- 9am – 1:30pm: 25% off
- 1:30pm – 3pm: 50% off
We accept cash, check, debit or credit cards. A $2 fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
Parking can be tricky at some sales. Please be careful parking and always be courteous of other shoppers coming and going. Respect the neighbors, do not block any driveways, and leave space for cars to go through the street. Please park as close as possible to the curb as possible. Abide by all “No Parking” signs.
No early sales and we will not entertain offers on any items.
Day 1
- You may save your spot. Return to your car and stay at the sale, but do not go home. However, Bassetts’ Estate Sales will not be present to enforce this – it is all by the honor system.
- You must be physically present at 8 AM to receive a number. One number will be handed out to each person. If you need two, you must go to the back of the line to receive the second one.
- Door opens at 9 AM. You must be present when your number is called. If you show up late and miss your number, you must go to the back of the line.
- A limited number of people will be allowed in the house at one time. This is to not overwhelm the check out line. The number of people allowed will depend on the size of the house.
Day 2
- You may save your spot. Return to your car and stay at the sale, but do not go home. However, Bassetts’ Estate Sales will not be present to enforce this – it is all by the honor system.
- We do not hand out numbers on Day 2. Please line up for entry.
- Door opens at 9 AM.
